ClickSure Review 2018 – An Affiliate Marketers Go To Place Or Not?

Welcome to my ClickSure Review.

You may have heard about this Network Market and are wondering  whether it is worth joining as an Affiliate.

Affiliate Marketing is a great way to make money online.  The key to becoming successful is the types of program you join and the amount of commission being paid.

This review will bring to you information that I have researched online about the ClickSure network so that you don’t have to go searching for it.

I will be focussing primarily on ClickSure from the Affiliate Marketers point of view – as my website is primarily geared towards the Affiliate Marketer.

However, ClickSure does provide a service for advertisers which is mentioned in this review.

So, without further ado, let’s see what ClickSure is about.

What Is ClickSure?

ClickSure is an affiliate network created to empower marketers – both affiliates and advertisers.

It provides a self-service platform and network for you to manage, communicate and track your campaigns as well as an automated invoicing system for payments to be sent so you don’t have to worry about any paperwork.  It is all done online through your account once you have signed up to the network.

As an affiliate, you can choose which products you would like to promote and you’ll receive a commission for every sale you make.

Check out my guide here for information about Affiliate Marketing.

The advertiser will set up a shop and encourage affiliates to promote their products.

ClickSure Platforms

Advertiser Platform

As an advertiser, you won’t have to worry about complicated setups and finding people to promote your products or services.  The self-service platform allows you to enlist affiliates to promote your products in an easy, simple manner.

Affiliate Platform

As an affiliate, you are given tools which will allow you to communicate and form partnerships with advertisers whilst enjoying weekly commission payments.

Vendor Platform

You may already have your business and just need somewhere to sell your goods online.  You can have this set up and running in a day through the Vendor platform.

If you want to show off your offers, the marketplace is the place to do so. There is also a launch calendar that you can use to notify Affiliates about your upcoming launches.

Master Platform

Affiliate Marketing is big business and most affiliate marketers sign up for many affiliate programs.  Keeping track of what you have signed up to, can be a nightmare.  Not only that, you may miss out on unclaimed commission.  I’ve heard people say that they forgot about an account they signed up to only to find that they had commission sitting there waiting for them to claim it.

Opening a Master account simplifies the process as it allows you to gain an overview of all your accounts.

Vault Platform

The vault platform allows you to manage all your Invoices and commissions saving you time and effort, that can be used to promote your business.

How Do You Make Money With ClickSure?

There are two ways for you to make money with ClickSure – as an advertiser or as an affiliate.

As an advertiser, you will be promoting your own products – this can be anything from digital products to physical products.  As an affiliate, you will need to find products to promote.

Advertiser Sign up

It is straightforward to signup as an advertiser.  All you need is your username, password, name, email address, date of birth, billing address details and a mobile phone number for verification.

You can then start to promote your goods via the different platforms such as Marketplace and the Advertiser Platform and pay other affiliates to sell on your behalf.

You pay ClickSure a small fee for handling all the transactions, refunds and dealing with customers.

Affiliate Sign up

To signup, you need to provide the same details as an advertiser (see above).

Once you have signed up,  you can search for and promote any product through connecting with the 1000s of advertisers.  Once you have found a product you would like to promote, copy your affiliate link (which is unique) for the product and write your review, inserting your affiliate link on your review page.

When someone clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase, you get paid between 25% – 75% commission depending on the item.

However, it’s best to promote products that are relevant to your website, not just look at the high commission as it would look strange if your website is about gardening and you are promoting weightlifting equipment.

Before you sign up, please read the Terms and Conditions.

Promoting reputable companies on the ClickSure network is the best way to make money.

 Are You Ready For Refunds?

Due to the host of scammy products being promoted, you will have a lot of unhappy customers wanting a refund.  You may think you have made some money only to find that you have to give it back to the buyer.  The refund rates can often be high so again you are losing out.

You have to look really hard to find good products on Clicksure to promote as most of them are useless and a waste of money.

Do you have the time and energy to sift through 1000s of products just to find a great one?  or do you want to spend time promoting your business?

ClickSure does not regulate those signing up to their network.

Terms And Conditions

I know that not many people read terms and conditions and think it is the same for all programs but please, before you sign up, check the details of the programs you join.

Here is a snippet of the text for the ClickSure Affiliate program signup.

If the Affiliate is accepted into the ClickSure platform they will be required to completed Know Your Customer (KYC) validation. This involves the submission of 2 forms of valid compliance documentation from the following lists (1 from each);

List 1

  1. Photo Identification
  2. Passport
  3. Driving Licence
  4. Government Issued Identification Card (some regions exempt)

List 2

  1. Address Verification
  2. Utility Bill (on letter headed paper and dated within the last 3 months)
  3. Bank Statement (on letter headed paper and dated within the last 3 months)
  4. Company Registration Document (if payments will be made of a company instead of an individual)

I’ve signed up to a handful of networks as an affiliate and I’ve never been asked for these particulars in the terms and conditions.

Other than my name, address and contact details, the only other information I have given on sign up to an affiliate network is details of my PayPal account.  Handing over your passport details, driving licence or bank statement to a third party who you don’t know is very risky.

Is this something you feel comfortable in doing?

  • Guaranteed affiliate commission payouts.
  • They offer a 60-day refund policy.
  • 24/7 support for affiliates.
  • Dedicated Account Managers.

  • More than 50% of products listed are scams.
  • A high refund rate.
  • Bad Reputation- Clicksure does not regulate products and services on their network.

ClickSure is a legitimate business.

However, it’s the scammy nature of advertisers which is letting the network down;  they try to sell products and services which are not suitable.  As an affiliate, you promote them all in good faith only to find that a refund has been requested. How are you supposed to make money when you end up issuing refunds all the time?

Not only that, as you’ve recommended the product how do you feel when you get flooded with hate mail because you recommended the product.  It’s not a nice feeling.

Personally, if you want to make money, I wouldn’t recommend ClickSure.  The last thing you want to do is to promote something that does not live up to its name, tarnishing your credibility.

An affiliate network with low-quality products, no regulations and a high refund rate isn’t the best way to start an online business.  There are better networks available which I have included in my post here.

So What Next?

You can sign up with ClickSure and search for those high-end products and try to make a quick buck or you can consider what it is you’re promoting and decide to give this network a pass and try something else that has been tried and tested.

Remember affiliate marketing isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme.  It is something that you are building for the future.  You want to be seen as the go-to person for recommendations and if you get that wrong ONCE by recommending scammy products just to make a quick buck, I’ll assure you that you’ll be remembered for that.

You need to think ‘Will I buy this product that I’m recommending’.  If not, then why are you recommending it.

With that said, I cannot recommend ClickSure to you as an Affiliate Marketer.

I have recommended several products on my website such as BlueHost and Wealthy Affiliate because I use and I trust them.  I don’t need to check my inbox to see if I have a hate mail or a refund notice.

Most products I recommend have a free trial so visitors to my site can try and test them.

Do you want a product with little or no refunds and a great reputation?    Then check out my #1 recommendation here

With this platform, you not only get excellent up-to-date training, tools and exposure to a community of like-minded people, you learn how to master becoming an Affiliate Marketer earning recurring lifetime commission as you do.   Check out my review here before you decide to sign up for a FREE taster.

By signing up and promoting this product, ClickSure will be a thing of the past!

If you have any questions about ClickSure that you would like to share, please leave a comment below.  You may have been an affiliate of this network I’d love to hear about your experience – please also share this as I’m sure others would love to hear about it.

Until next time.  Take Care.

  1. Hi there,
Thank you for that detailed review from it I can say I clearly understand what this system is all about I formerly did not clearly grasp the concept, now for the tricky part I have a question is it possible
to bring in your own products for advertisement and would it cost if you were doing the advertisement yourself

    • Hi Dave,

      Thanks for your comment.

Network Markets like ClickSure for Advertisers,is to promote products on your behalf as they have potentially more reach than you as an individual.

Most affiliates sign up to these networks looking for products and services to promote in order to earn a commission.

Therefore in answer to your question, yes you can submit your own products for promotion to the ClickSure network and it may cost a negligible fee; you will need to approach ClickSure for details.

If you are thinking of doing the advertising yourself, it shouldn’t cost you anything if you were to advertise the product on your own website.

      Hope this helps.

      All the best.

  2. Hi Jaqueline
Thanks for the information. I used to live in Japan so I am very familiar with Rakuten. Those ideas for affiliates expanding their business are quite good. It is something I will keep in mind for the future.

The WA program has such a good reputation. It is hard to find honest, affordable communities online these days. I know they exist but they are certainly rare. Most programs charge in excess of $1000 and the quality is sub-standard,

Anyway, I’ll check out a few more of your articles on affiliate programs to help me with my business.
    All The Best.

    • Hi Devan,
      You’re welcome.

The world is your Oyster as an Affiliate Marketer. There is so much you can do with your acquired skills but it takes time.
Please do check out my other articles and let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Wishing you success with your online business.

  3. Hi Jackie,

This was a very interesting read. I have been around for a while but I have never heard of ClickSure. It sounds a bit dubious from your description.

I have experience with ClickBank and Commission Junction and a few others. I also try to find “private” affiliate programs. Reputable ones.

Do you know of any others besides ClickSure? Ones that you would recommend to other affiliate marketers?

Also, do you think affiliate marketers should diversify their business as it grows? Lower the risk of losing money to “bad players”?

I have heard that the Wealthy Affiliate program is quite good. That affiliate payments have always been made on time. What can you tell me about it?

Thanks for the informative post. I’ll definitely give Click Sure a wide berth.

    • Hi Devan,

Thanks for your comment and interesting questions.

There are 100s of top Affiliate programs out there and you’ve mentioned 2 of the well known ones – ClickBank and Commission Junction.

Did you see my review here about Commission Junction now known as CJ Affiliate Conversant.

Others affiliate programs I would recommend include: Rakuten Marketing, ShareASale, Awin and Peerfly.

Indeed.  Affiliate Marketers should diversify their business.  I know many that have gone on to become consultants, course trainers which is great as you don’t risk losing anything.  You only have to work harder at retaining and gaining customers.

I joined Wealthy Affiliate, about a year ago and it is an exceptional program.  I have not seen a bad review about people not being paid on time.

Check out my review here for a full review of the Wealthy Affiliate program.

Wishing you success with your online venture!
