The Profit Shortcut Review

Anyways back to The Profit Shortcut …

This done-for-you system claims that you need zero experience and only 4 hours of work to make $1k each week.

This does sound too good to be true and it probably is.

My review will reveal all you need to know about this system and why it is not as simple to make money with it as they make it out to be.

Let’s begin …

The Profit Shortcut Review

Name:  The Profit Shortcut
Level: Beginners and Advanced
Who Is It For?: Those interested in a Multi-Level-Marketing business
Price: $37 + huge upsells
Owners: “Sarah Highland”
Overall GoWorkFromAnywhere Rating: 2/10

What Is The Profit Shortcut About?

Immediately when the Sales video starts, there are a handful of testimonials of people saying how they have made huge sums of money using the system.

This is a sure way to get you excited about the prospect of earning money – seeing testimonies.

Anyways, as I have written hundreds of product reviews, I suspected that this was just another one of those get-rich-quick schemes.

You know the ones where they tell you how easy it is to make money online without lifting a finger and with just a few hours of work.

Still, I wanted to watch the video until the end as it might just be different.

The emphasis throughout the video seems to be on the amount of money you can make and how you don’t need any skills and just a few hours to become successful and earn huge sums of money.

The spokesperson finally mentions that the system is about ‘placing simple little online ads’ and that the system sells high-value, high-quality products to people all over the world making sales and commission on autopilot.

She then talks about partnering with her and her team.

Straight away, multi-level marketing (MLM)came to mind.

The Sales video claims that:

  • The products are created for you
  • The websites are completely done for you by technical wizards
  • Emails are written for you by professional copywriters
  • Videos are professionally shot for you
  • Sales material is crafted by Internet Millionaires
  • Everything is done for you by Marketing experts
  • AND you get y our own mentor

All this comes at a price.

Don’t think it’s only $37  you’ll be paying.

You will be presented with a further cost after signing up which is a monthly membership fee

This business model uses a hierarchical structure, some call it a pyramid scheme, where members recruit others to their team.  Products promoted by MLM businesses are usually costly hence the high commissions you can earn if you make sales and recruit others into your team.

One thing they didn’t mention was before you can promote and sell the products, YOU need to purchase them.

To become successful you need to recruit others and it’s through them making sales that you start to see commissions rolling in.

I’m not a fan of MLM’s as it is a hard nut to crack.

Many people drop out after a while as it isn’t quite so easy to make sales as the products are overly-priced and you can get similar products from a local supermarket at a much lower price.

How Does The Profit Shortcut Work?

I was a little confused with the testimonials as each person referred to the system as “The Super Affiliate Network” and someone called Misha Wilson.

I seem to remember the name Misha Wilson.

On doing a bit more digging,  I found that she is the founder of The Super Affiliate Success System that I reviewed about 5 months ago.   I thought it was uncanny that the testimonials were referring to another “Super Affiliate” system.

Interestingly, there is no system called The Profit Shortcut.   It is a funnel to “The Super Affiliate Network” system just like The Super Affiliate Success System!

That is why all the testimonials refer to “The Super Affiliate Network”. That is the end product.

The Super Affiliate Network functions as an MLM company.

This was my first thought on hearing “Sarah” talk about joining her team and “if you make money, she makes money too”.

This is how MLM’s operate.

Few people make it in the MLM business due to the nature of the business.

If you are great at marketing and have hundreds of rich friends, relatives or colleagues, this may be up your street but if you’re an introvert, don’t like selling face-to-face then this certainly isn’t something you should sign up for.

Sarah is none other than a member who is trying to recruit others into the business in order to earn money.

This is another way to recruit members.  However, you will need the skills and know-how to build a website and to drive traffic to it in order to recruit others into the business.

“Sarah” makes it sound so easy but you will need to work hard if you want to be successful.  Not only that, most MLM companies won’t allow you to promote their products unless you buy them, so you will need to buy the Super Affiliate Network system to promote it and it costs a pretty penny!

Is The Profit Shortcut A Scam?

Yes it is.

You are made to believe that you are getting a system – but it’s one that clearly doesn’t exist.  This is not only unethical but misleading.

Many product owners do this because they want to hide the fact that they are promoting another product that may have had bad reviews or if they are an affiliate of the product, they cannot promote it directly so they put a ‘false’ product in front of it that funnels through to the real product.

The Salesperson also uses scarcity tactics such as ‘few spots remaining’, ‘last day to sign up’,  and ‘you are one of a few lucky people’ to lure you into joining.

Many people will quickly sign up because they believe that they will lose out on such a great opportunity.

Needless to say, this is just a marketing ploy that you need to be aware of.

Can You Make Money With The Profit Shortcut System?

Yes you can ONLY if you’re willing to invest thousands and work extremely hard recruiting others and hoping that they will remain and recruit others.  These are your “downlines”.

When they make money, you make money too.  If they leave that is less commission for you.

However, if you check out the image below, you can see that the majority of partners are at the ‘rookie’ stage and only a handful are Influencers.

The huge money claims and testimonies are based on a handful of people.  You, as a rookie will be earning an average of $8 each month!

The Sales pitch doesn’t give you the full picture that is why when I do my research I look at the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions as they tend to give a true picture of the overall system – if the owners are honest enough. 👍

The Profit Shortcut Review

If you were to become an Influencer, you will be laughing all the way to the bank but it will take years and a lot of investment to reach that rank when there are better methods to make money online that have lower start up costs and no expensive upsells.

I will talk about this in my conclusion as it is a method I use and it works a treat.

Pros

  • MLM’s  are a legit business model

Cons

  • Money back guarantee is only for your sign up fee.  If you pay for the membership fee, which you will need to do after signing up, you won’t get a refund on this
  • Misleading Sales pitch
  • Risky business model
  • High-ticket, low-quality products
  • The lifespan of many MLM businesses is short.  The business can shut down anytime and you will lose your investment.
  • Not beginner friendly
  • Promotes the product as a ‘secret method’.  Nothing secret about this method
  • It is a ClickBetter product.  Products and services sold on this platform are not vetted so you will get a lot of scams and useless stuff being sold
  • Unrealistic promises of income

Conclusion

I do not recommend The Profit Shortcut.

This system will cost you a lot of money which you will lose if you decide to back out.  The only way to make money with an MLM business is to invest huge sums of money by buying expensive products and selling them on through recruiting others into the business.

There is a much better and safer way to make money online and that is with Affiliate Marketing.

This is the model I use.

With Affiliate Marketing, you promote products from a wide range of Affiliate Networks.  You can join ANY network.  They will issue you with your own unique affiliate link which you will use to promote the product or service.

When a customer clicks on your link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

Check out the short video below on how affiliate marketing works in a nutshell.

As an Affiliate Marketer,  you will need to build a website to promote the products and services.  You will also need to know how to attract visitors to your site.

There are skills and tools you need in order to do this.

Thankfully, I came across a training platform that taught me how to do this and now I’m earning a passive income as an Affiliate Marketer.

Don’t be fooled when you hear people saying it is easy to make money online and it only takes a few clicks of a button and a couple of hours a day to see the money rolling in.  That is nonsense.  If that were so, everyone would be doing it.

The reality is, it takes hard work, patience, commitment and dedication.  However, it is worth it when you start to see the recurring income.

By building a solid foundation now and putting in the hard work, you can rest assure that you will see financial freedom in the near future.

Check out my short guide on how to have that freedom by clicking the button below where you can find the nuts and bolts of how Affiliate Marketing works and why it is the best business model to use, as well as details on how to sign up to the training platform.
