What Is The Six Figure Formula About?

It is a training program geared towards Affiliate Marketing.  It is beginner friendly and requires no previous experience or skills – this is true as this is the same method I use for my online journey – I went from $0 to earning a 3 figure monthly income (at the time of writing this review).

Affiliate Marketing is growing at an alarming rate due to the simple business model and it’s a great time to jump on the bandwagon with most businesses and companies moving away from the typical brick and mortar business to having an online presence.

Basically, Affiliate Marketing is the promoting of products or services from a network.  When someone makes a purchase by clicking on your unique affiliate link, you will earn a commission.

There are literally thousands of networks you can join – Amazon is one of the biggest networks – and they are all free to join.

Check out the short video below where I show you what Affiliate Marketing is in a nutshell.

So, will The Six Figure Formula follow this model or will there be a twist to it?

Let’s find out…

How Does The Six Figure Formula Work?

The Six Figure Formula Review

Shea says that the system is all about showing you how to make a consistent income just by sending a few emails each day in 3 steps:

Step 1: You will get his done-for-you system that will get you earning while you are learning

Step 2: Access to the Basic Training module

Step 3: Access to the Advanced Traning module (where Shea shows you how to build a rock-solid daily income)

As you will be making money as an Affiliate, you will need to sign up to Paykickstart which is an all-in-one payment and affiliate management system that will allow you to easily sell your products, recruit affiliate partners and manage your customer transactions all with a few clicks of your mouse.

With the system, you will not only get training on Affiliate Marketing but you will also get done-for-you lead capture pages, websites, automated follow-ups and traffic sources where you will be shown how to use these to capture prospects who you can promote the system and other products.

In order to get your leads/customers, you will need to sign up to an autoresponder which you will use to capture email addresses on your capture page.  This will be an additional monthly cost.

Inside The Six Figure Formula

Step 1 Done-for-You

This done-for-you training is all about promoting The Six Figure Formula system.  You can expect to earn up to $195 per each sale.  Here, you will be creating a single lead page similar to the one that Shea used to market the system.

The setup is quite simple.  All you need to do is add some details to a form to complete your lead capture page.  You will have access to email swipes that you can use to send to your subscribers’ list which you can easily plug into your chosen autoresponder.

Step 2 Basic Training

This training is for those who do not want to promote The Six Figure Formula system and gives in-depth information on Affiliate Marketing covering topics on using Facebook and YouTube to drive traffic to your promotions.

Step 3 Advanced Training

The advanced training involves the use of 3rd party programs.  At the time of writing this review, there were only 2 programs available called Opt-Intelligence and Marketer Pro.  There was a ‘Coming soon’ message for the other modules.

So, you have 3 legitimate methods to earn money as an Affiliate Marketer.

However, I’m not so keen on the Facebook method they suggest you use to drive traffic to your offers as it involves posting ads.  This is so tacky.  Facebook is now clamping down on users that are posting ads with no interaction or value to their customers.

The best way to drive traffic is through SEO methods which aren’t taught in the training.  If you think you will start to earn money by using email swipes, Facebook ads and a beautifully crafted landing page then you will be disappointed.

You will need to learn how to drive traffic to your landing page/website in order for you to gain leads that you can then promote your offers too.

This takes time unless you want to use paid ads which will cost you a lot if you don’t know what you’re doing.  Many people opt for this as they have the funds and the know-how.  However, if you’re a beginner, I suggest you learn the free methods before you invest in methods that can easily cause you to lose a lot of money with nothing to show for it.

The training platform I use suggests free methods for newbies.  However, they do explain that there are paid methods but these require a lot of knowledge that you will gain with experience.

The graph below shows how my traffic started out and then grew over time using free SEO methods like quality content creation, keyword research and posting regularly to my blog.

As you can see I didn’t see traffic/customers from the off.  It takes time.  This will also be the case for you.

They also suggest that you purchase an autoresponder.  Why will you need one right out the gate when you haven’t even got any traffic?  You will be paying a monthly fee for something that will not take off until you have been online for at least 3-4 month.  It is only worth your while getting an autoresponder once you have traffic.

Making money online as an Affiliate Marketer can be lucrative, with the right training.  Using tools too early in your business will only set you back and cause you to lose focus on what is important in laying a proper foundation.

Is The Six Figure Formula A Scam?

No.  It isn’t a scam.  However, it is full of hype – “a complete newbie making $7,242.95 in his first month” is splattered all over the sales page.  This is very unrealistic and will set you up for failure if you’re new to Internet Marketing and think you can be earning similar amounts.  It takes time (and patience).

No system, training or product will earn you this amount within the first month as a newbie with no experience unless you already have your customers waiting with their wallets and purses in hand.

Even though Shea is a real person he doesn’t seem to finish things off or seems very active on Social Media.  He has a Twitter account with 17 followers, and a website – http://sheakorte.com/ – with broken links.  It doesn’t bode well for someone that is trying to get you to sign up to his training platform.  It seems like he doesn’t have time to pay full attention to his business.

The Sales pitch says that the training platform will be updated regularly but will you find out the hard way.  There are modules ‘Coming soon’ which may never come into play.

Being online means being consistent, managing your brand – which means your social media account, websites – and so on.  To me, it looks like a great product but it wasn’t quite ready to be released.

I was taught early on in my Internet Marketing journey NEVER to place a ‘Coming soon’ label on my site.  One, you may never get round to doing the work and 2, you get your customers’ expectations high only to disappoint them.  Will Shea disappoint you?

Even though the Six Figure Formula is a legit training program and can be great for getting your feet wet as an entry point to Affiliate Marketing, Shea doesn’t teach you from the ground up.  He doesn’t show you how to create a website, how to do keyword research, how to set up your analytics to monitor performance and so much more.

You are missing out on key strategies that will make you become the success you so desire to become.

If you want to be successful online, you need to learn these concepts and methods. If you want to learn these concepts and be in a community of over 1.4 million other budding Affiliate Marketing entrepreneurs who are now earning a full-time income, then check out my number 1 program that I use.

Pros

  • Low trial fee of $1
  • Affiliate Marketing is a legit business model
  • 14-day money back guarantee
  • Shea is a real person
  • Reasonable monthly membership fee

Cons

  • You are using email swipes which will be the same for all other Six Figure Formula subscribers
  • Lacks key principles about Internet Marketing such as keyword research, content marketing
  • Limited Time offer/spots to lure you into signing up straight away
  • 3 days isn’t really enough time to sample what is on offer
  • Incredulous income claims within a short time frame
  • Upsells

Conclusion

I hope The Six Figure Formula Review has given you enough information to be able to make an informed decision on whether to make a purchase or not.

For $1 you can’t go wrong.  However, this is only for 3 days access and you can’t really grasp much in 3 days as a newbie to know whether this business model suits you or not.

However, as a member of another similar system, I see where this system is lacking and can cause you frustration.  The platform I joined has over 1.4 million active members who all contribute to the platform by writing posts, creating training videos alongside the owners.

The information is up-to-date and there is no better way to learn from others like yourself and those who have made it through using the methods taught on the platform.

They tell you what not to do and why – for example, it is no use investing in an autoresponder until you have a consistent number of visitors to your site.  Otherwise, this is wasted money.  Why pay for a service that will not be utilized?

Making money online as an Affiliate Marketer is the best method for a newbie as the start-up costs are low and once you have learned the ropes, you can be earning a regular income.

However, it takes hard work, patience and, commitment.  You won’t be making money straight out the gate.  With consistency, you will.

If you want to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be successful online, with support from a community of like-minded people, check out the training platform I use and how you can access 7 days of quality, in-depth training before deciding whether Affiliate Marketing is for you or not.
